Production Policy
Effective Date: December 1, 2025
1. Production Timeline
All productions including but not limited to full shows, custom acts, specialty performances, choreography, staging, props, and costume design require a minimum of 60 days for development and completion.
This 60-day production window ensures adequate time for creative planning, fabrication, performer scheduling, rehearsals, fittings, quality assurance, and final delivery.
2. Contract & Retainer Requirements
To initiate any production, the following must be completed before the 60-day production period begins:
-
Executed Contract:

-
50% Non-Refundable Retainer:
A retainer equal to 50% of the total project cost is required to begin production.
-
Production work will not start until the retainer payment has cleared.
-
The remaining balance is due by the deadline specified in the contract (typically prior to the event date).
-
3. Requests Within 60 Days (Rush Projects)
Projects requested with fewer than 60 days’ lead time are considered rush productions. These may be accepted on a case-by-case basis and are subject to:

The agency reserves the right to decline any rush project that cannot be executed to our quality standards.
